It has been hand signed in person by Margaret Thatcher and is a genuine piece of history.

This is a charming collection of Margaret Thatcher related memorabilia.

There are four pieces in total.

First there is one of her famous autobiographies hand signed by the Great Lady herself - The Downing Street Years.

This book was published by HarperCollins in 1993, is a Hardback 1st Edition/1st Print in as new condition. The book & unclipped dust jacket are in superb condition.

Internally it is as new. The book has not been read, has no folds or creases, nice tight binding and clean pages.

It is also free from inscriptions

Next for sale is the rarely seen book - Margaret Thatcher - The First Ten Years. There are but a handful of these on Abebooks - unsigned. This one has been double signed by the author - Lady Maitland and also by Lady Thatcher.

Olga Maitland's signature is hand signed, Margaret Thatcher's is by way of A Houses of Parliament bookplate - highly sought after in its own right - so difficult to find now. It will cost at least £50 to purchase on its own - if indeed you can locate one.

This book is a well illustrated pictorial account of Margaret Thatcher's first 10 years as British Prime Minister.

The Hardcover includes full dust jacket - not price clipped and book & dust jacket are in stunning condition. The pages, spine and cover are all undamaged, clean & tight and again is unread. It is also illustrated with many photographs, in black & white and colour.

Moving on to the third piece of the collection - The Guardian Great Interviews of the 20th Century- Margaret Thatcher by Terry Coleman 1971, foreword by Michael White. This is no. 12 in a series of 14 Great Interviews in total. It is an 18 page booklet, in excellent condition, with only a tiny bit of scuffing around the edges & very slight marking to the cover.

Lastly we have the superb Goblet - absolutely fabulous!!!

Made in England, it is a stunning Minton Commemorative Lead Crystal Goblet, marking the Historic Appointment of Britain's First Woman Prime Minister, Margaret Thatcher. This stunning Goblet has been produced in a Limited Edition of only 750 pieces Worldwide by Minton Ltd. as a special commission for the Peter Jones Collection.

It was designed by Will Cort, hand made in full Lead Crystal with a beautifully engraved bowl, air twist stem and a star cut foot.

It is number 175 out of a very small 750 Limited Edition Worldwide.

Standing at 18 cm in height, it's a very rare piece, comes in a lovely presentation box and is complete with a Certificate of Authenticity.

Superb piece of History from the 1983 General Election. This Limited Edition Postcard of only 1500 has been made even more unique as it has been hand signed by all the Leaders of the 3 main parties involved - How many of these would have been quadruple signed? - there really can't be many!!!
